These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Nonori mobile application ("the App") operated by Dual Photon Labs ("we", "us", "our"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Nonori is a mental well-being app that helps users track their mood, practice gratitude, analyze thought patterns, and complete personalized tasks. The App uses AI-powered tools based on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) principles.

2. Medical Disclaimer

Nonori is not a medical device, therapy service, or substitute for professional mental health care. The App is designed as a self-help tool for personal well-being. The AI-powered thought analysis provides educational information about cognitive biases and is not a diagnosis or treatment. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a licensed healthcare professional or your local emergency services.

3. Account

• You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• You may sign up with email, Google, or Apple.
• You can delete your account at any time from the App's settings.

4. Free Trial

New users receive a 7-day free trial with full access to all features. No payment information is required during the trial period.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

• After the free trial, a paid subscription is required to continue using the App.
• Subscription plans include Monthly, Yearly, and Lifetime options.
• Payments are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period (except Lifetime, which is a one-time purchase).
• You can manage or cancel your subscription through your device's App Store or Play Store settings.
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their respective refund policies.

6. Promo Codes

We may offer promotional codes that grant free access for a specified period or permanently. Promo codes cannot be exchanged for cash, are non-transferable, and may have usage limits or expiration dates.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems
• Abuse the AI analysis feature (e.g., excessive automated requests)
• Share your account credentials with others
• Reverse engineer or decompile the App

8. Intellectual Property

The App, its design, code, and content (excluding user-generated content) are owned by Dual Photon Labs. Your data (mood entries, thoughts, gratitude entries, tasks) belongs to you.

9. Availability

We strive to keep the App available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dual Photon Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify you of significant changes through the App or by email.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Portugal.
